Yes, Dr. Smith sees patients with Workers' Compsation claims. Prior authorization from the case manager is required.

Yes, Dr. Smith sees patients who have been in motor vehicle accidents. However, prior authorization from the overseeing attorney is required.

We do our best to complete medical authorizations in a timely manner, but it can take up to 5 business days.
