Shannon Haddock, PA-C
Physician Assistant - Spine and Orthopedics
I was raised in a small town in southwest Missouri with a love of sports and the outdoors in my heart. My father was a carpenter, and my mother worked in a factory. Both of them taught me work ethic and integrity as pillars to carry me through life.
I attended Missouri State University after high school and earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training and then my Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. After working in general orthopedics and sports medicine in Springfield, Missouri, for seven years, I moved to OKC and worked in the field of spine surgery.
I joined Apex Healthcare Partners in 2024 to focus on helping this advancing practice grow, while continuing to provide quality care. I believe that taking care of patients means to start by treating them like family. I believe it is of utmost importance to educate patients on what they are going through and what treatment options are available for them.
I was lucky enough to marry my high school sweetheart, and we have a wonderful daughter who is the light of our lives. Our faith in God is what carries us through life and sustains us. I would count myself blessed if given the opportunity to be your provider for your spine care.
